Welcome to Sacred Spaces

I am passionate about recognizing the ways God’s presence radiates through creation; particularly in our relationships. We are transformed as we do life together and invite each other into our stories. They point us to the breadth of God’s character and their imprints shape us into our role as image bearers. The stories here, some ancient, some contemporary, challenge us to explore the sacred connections to God and each other.

I long for this to be a place where I share my observations and experiences seeing Jesus meeting us in the everyday fleshy moments of our lives. Those written epiphanies may be expressed through my own stories, creative nonfictional accounts, delving into the narratives of others-from ancient ones until now. In addition, you will find reflection questions, book reviews and quotes.

Community is a gift. I hope you will find this a safe place to engage in what I share here. As we reflect and ask questions, we prompt each other to seek the unexpected ways God meets us. Those encounters offer ripples of hope regardless of our circumstances and beckon us to look for more of them.
